Hummingbirds in Panama

Most hummingbirds show us some beautiful and shimmering colors and impress with their hovering flight abilities. We count many hummingbird species in Panama such as the Hairy Hermit, the Green Hermit, the Green Fronted Lancebill, the White Necked Jacobin (see attached image), the Violet Sabrewing, the Blue Tailed Emerald, the Fiery throated Hummingbird and many more. The hummingbirds are birds of the family Trochilidae, and are native only to the Americas. The attached images show a few hummingbirds from the Soberania National Park in Panama.
