The Red-capped Manakin
(Ceratopipra mentalis) is found in
Belize, Colombia, Costa Rica,
Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras,
Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru and Panama.
Its natural habitat is subtropical
or tropical moist lowland forests.
The Red-capped Manakin is a
frugivore, feeding almost
exclusively on fruits.
